1. Eligibility
This offer is valid for new clients only.
The guarantee applies exclusively to ongoing managed IT service packages.
One-time services, hardware/software purchases, project work, and consulting services are excluded.
Client must sign our standard .Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commence services within the promotional period.
The 90-day guarantee period starts on the service start date, not the date of the contract.
2. Covered Services
The guarantee covers managed IT services, including:
Help desk support
Network and systems monitoring
Routine maintenance
Security management
The following are not covered:
Third-party subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus licenses)
Hardware or software purchases
Cloud hosting and other pass-through costs
Professional services or consulting hours
3. Client Responsibilities
To remain eligible for the refund, the client must:
>Complete the full onboarding process, including required assessments and integrations.
Cooperate with Frontier Solutions Inc. in good faith, providing timely access to systems, personnel, and required documentation.
Follow all security, backup, and infrastructure recommendations made by Frontier Solutions Inc.
Remain current on all payments (no more than 15 days past due).
4. Refund Conditions
A refund request must be submitted in writing (email or letter) within 90 calendar days of the service start date.
The request must include a brief explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction.
Frontier Solutions Inc. reserves the right to schedule an exit meeting to discuss the concerns and attempt resolution.
The refund will cover only the managed service fees paid during the 90-day period.
Any third-party or excluded charges will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process
Valid refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by check.
A written termination agreement must be signed by the client before the refund is issued.
6. Limitations
This guarantee applies once per organization.
Not valid for resellers, affiliates, or existing clients.
Frontier Solutions Inc. reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with these terms.
7. Legal Disclaimers
This guarantee is a promotional satisfaction policy, not an insurance product.
It does >not cover data loss, business interruption, or indirect costs.
Frontier Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Only the version in effect at the time-of-service initiation will apply.
